What we collect
When you send a booking request, we collect the information you provide on the form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence (optional), passenger count, age and licence details, rental dates and preferences, and any additional requests you add.
You may optionally upload a photo of your driver's permit. Uploading is not required to send a request.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to review your booking request, confirm vehicle availability and communicate with you about your rental.
How we store permit images
Optional permit uploads are stored privately. They are not shared publicly, not included in any WhatsApp messages, and are only accessible to Tourist Class Auto Rentals staff via short-lived, restricted links. Uploaded images are deleted after a limited retention period once the rental is completed or the request is closed.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is only shared where necessary to fulfil your rental request or where required by law.
