These Website Terms of Use cover the use of this website. They are separate from the operational Rental Terms and Conditions, which govern the rental of any vehicle from Tourist Class Auto Rentals.
Booking requests
Submitting the online booking form creates a booking request. A vehicle is not reserved until we confirm availability. Sample vehicle information shown on the website is illustrative.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep information on this website accurate. Final rental terms, fees, deposits, insurance rules, fuel policy, damage responsibility and cancellation conditions are provided in writing when a booking is confirmed and are subject to legal review.
